Quality Target

According to the (HSF) quality policy and the company's strategic direction, each department sets the relevant performance in the (HSF) quality management system process.

Indicators and (HSF) quality target values; and review the achievement of (HSF) quality targets through regular management review meetings (including HSF).

Regarding the control of hazardous substances, they must comply with relevant regulations and customer requirements to achieve HSF products.

We are determined to implement and continuously improve the IATF16949: 2016 and (HSF) quality management system.

Conflict Minerals Management

BESTOPTO promises not to use conflict minerals and is committed to conducting a detailed investigation of the supply chain to ensure that metals such as tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and gold (Au) are not from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries under the control of armed groups Mining area.

1. BESTOPTO does not purchase and use conflict minerals from the Congo and surrounding countries.

2. Require suppliers not to purchase and use conflict metals produced in conflict areas and sign a commitment not to use conflict minerals.

3. Ask the supplier to communicate this request to the upstream supplier.
